looking to make a "gym" in my basement. apparently power racks are expensive as fuck. i came across this....wondering how well people it'd work for me. (less than 300lb on the bar)

also where can i find a weight set thats not hella expensive too? and do i need a 7 ft barbell?

probably about as shitty as everything sold at walmart but i have no idea.. im sure its worth 87$ tho lol it will get the job done until you can get something better. does it come with the bar or any weights or just the rack? id get the warranty if your worried about it.

Seen way wore DYI racks in russian OL vids with people squatting 300kg.

I cringed more about the guy showing the exercises in the damn rack.
