Hello HnF!
I used to have this problem a year or two back, and I had to lift light to get it to stay away.
Often when I do bench press, I get pain in my left elbow, but it feels like it originates from my shoulder and sorta runs down my arm to the elbow.
Is this something that a lot of people get? Is this probably from bad form / lifting too heavy?
I thought it was gone, but apparently not
