Is 2-3 boiled eggs and a banana with a glass of milk/oj a good breakfast?

Would that be the only thing i would eat till dinner? I really dont know shit lol. Was gonna have breakfast then do some cardio about an hour later.

"good food" and "healthy food" and stuff like that aren't defined very well. ask yourself what your purpose for eating breakfast is and if your meal accomplishes those goals. are you looking for energy for your workout? satisfy your hunger until lunch? x calories? if it satisfies your goals, then it's a good breakfast.

20-26g proton

this is a good pre workout meal

repeat this meal for 6x and you will be swole in no time

I usually have 5 eggs, sautéed veggies, two pieces of toast, large glass of juice, grapefruit and a cup of coffee.
