"good food" and "healthy food" and stuff like that aren't defined very well. ask yourself what your purpose for eating breakfast is and if your meal accomplishes those goals. are you looking for energy for your workout? satisfy your hunger until lunch? x calories? if it satisfies your goals, then it's a good breakfast.
