I only have access to a limited gym setup (power rack/olympic bb/plates/dips station/chinup station/incline bench)
Every workout that is no focusing on strength 5x5 has exercise with dumbells, which I don't have access to. Just wondering if you guys have a decent workout plan
that I can stick to which will lead to great results. I tought of 4x10-12 for the reps.
