So I've been 168 pounds for the past 3 years. I plateaued at that weight and was satisfied so didn't really makes a fuss or do anything about it. However, for the past month I've been gaining around 3 pounds a week and official hit 179. My diet is the same, my workout is the same, the only thing that's changed is my job. Instead of working 2-3 night shifts a week I work none now

. So my question is, could it be the night shifts had that much of an impact on me? Could it be that the 11 pounds I\ve gained are a result from better/more sleep? Does sleep really have that dramatic of an effect. 11 pounds in a month is no joke!
