I would like to know a good routine for core workout, I have one for chest/shoulder, biceps/triceps and leg day. Usually in one of them we would take away two random workouts and add 2 core or 1 core/1 lower back workout just so that our bodies wont get used to the workout. But I would like to know if it's best not to do that and have a core workout, if that's the case then what could you guys recommend? We can both do up to 20 crunches, so hopefully that gives you an idea of how our core is shit.
EDIT: I have the bar brothers 12 week workout routine, but this I usually do a day after the gym at home, and we go to the gym like monday, tuesday off, wednesday and thursday off etc... so 1 on 1 off.
