Squat and deadlift have easily gone up 5lbs/week, but bench has stalled a ton, so far I've added a 6th set on Mondays, changed Friday from 1x5 to 2x3 and still stalling around ~210 e1rm (I was at 195 last spring for a TnG)

Should I change the Monday reps around? Like 9x3 or something? Any suggestions from anyone who knows how to customize TM to break through plateaus?

Add volume!

Volume Day: Top set 5rm (with room for the first weeks) then drop 10% and repeat until it's as hard as the top set.
Intensity Day: Top set 3rm (with room for the first weeks) Then drop 5% and repeat until it's as hard as the top set.

You are welcome. ;)
