Whenever I do skull-crushers or any exercise that utilizes my elbows in that same fashion it feels like my left elbow is going to explode out of the socket -.- its been like this now for about 2 months

i havent been doing them lately.. i tried yesterday just to see if my elbows are any better. Sucks :|

Easy don't do them. My elbows will click big time doing overhead tri ext. or skull crushers so I do other exercises instead. Same goes for hammer curls or dB curl rip my wrist if I do them.

yomp. skull crushah is the ultimate elbow killah. ive dropped sc completly for good and never looking back

use lighter weight, work on mobility/stretching etc more and extend with it away from the body, not directly above your head to go easier on the elbows.

I get this too, apparently people with longer arms are genetically predisposed to be injured by these movements.

for triceps exercises i have any bench/chest compound (dips, bench, cgbp etc)

or rope pushdown.

everything else fucks my elbow, french press/skull crushers/1 arm btn extensions/even dumbell skull crushers hurt my elbows...
