Of fat, lol.

Not lifted in like 2 years but been doing thai boxing in it's stead.
It seems having a girlfreind and eating 24/7 outweighs the calories I'm burning training 4x a week and fucking.

I'm 6'2 and 'in shape' with abs showing nicely I'm around 165.
Not weighed myself in months and I've been eating ALOT latley, oops.

So just to refresh...

6'2 200lbs

Start 2000, 1800 and maybe down to 1600?
Hope to lose 40lbs by June next year so 6 months.
Around ~1.5lb a week is my goal I guess

Anything I've forgotten, any tips I may find usefull?

Sounds like Starvation mode. Start counting macros.

Instead of trying to cut down to 160 maybe try transforming some of your weight bro.

6'2 160 lbs in a beanpole the wind might snap you in half when it blows hard

eating 1600 is just stupid.. my 1 month transformation cut was on 2600 cals, and I got decently cut

2000 calories -> 1600 calories?

This little guy at our gym who only works on his ground game weighs about 120lbs and he eats like 1600-1900 calories.

The feeling of starvation is worse then running/hiking out in the cold for 6 hours a day.

Just go fucking act like you're training for the army and go hike for 7 days all day. It's cold and you will burn upwards of 5000 calories or more a day.

I mean if you starve your self.....and you end up eating a lot in one meal...your body will be more effective at storing fats. Not to mention the muscles you will lose :(
Go hike for a week in cold conditions.

It's not that hard. Starvation is harder and seems ridiculous lol.

I don't want to be rude but make your goal as hard as it can get.

Find your calories burnt @ rest every 24 hours, and add or subtract each day depending on what exercises you've done.

So go for that negative 400-600 calories. That after burn effect of working out 5 days a week will help you lose even more fat. You know how some people are warmer then others? Their skin is always super hot? They are burning lots of calories even at rest.

Just go ham dude. Im so tired of these exercise videos and diet this and diet that.

Just put in as much work as you can and never give up.

200lbs at 6'2 isnt even fat. Unless you have no muscles at allll lol.

You can cut down and look good in a month or two.... easy

Prettymuch how I look now feeling shit, lol.



160lbs beanpole etc, I could take on people 200+lbs no issues.
There's a few people at the gym closer to 300lbs who I spa with no problem.
