I am a person that only works well under pressure (1 hour before something is due)

I have a hard time working at work.

I'm always late to work.

My parents work super hard as if their lives depended on it and wake up and never late to anything. wtf happened to me?

Best advice to beat that is realize that if you do not procrastinate your work quality will improve because you will have time for revision and reflection.

Some of it is mindset. Some of it is growing up. Some of it is having a passion for your work.

Do you live with your parents?
Do you have any major expenses?

Maybe you haven't learned responsibility yet? If your job is strict hours (ie warehouse work, clocking in and out) then you won't last long and a boss will only give you so many chances, so I'd start going to bed earlier so you give yourself enough time to get ready and get to work on time.

Living in your parents house without having to learn budgeting, money management, time management, responsibilities, and such would be a cause for your mindset/inability to get work done on time.

What is it you do @ work?

No parents,
live on my own,

really fruggle, paid off my student loans (1 year) and car (2 years), budgeting and spending isnt the problem. its literally procrastination and hating doing mundane shit at work. When i have a project that requires enterprise architecture, then I do it, but after that, I don't feed the system with data entry cuz fuck that.

And 0 concept of time - and thinking I can do it later all in 1 day... then not doing it,, then bsing something at the staff meeting on what i did... idk...
