Anyone have any tasty recipes to share? I have a crazy metabolism in addition to a ton of cardio that I can't stop but I would like to put on some weight. I try to eat 7,000 calories a day but it's really hard to get that much down so I'm trying to drink a couple 1.5-2,000 calorie shakes to make it easier. Figured some of you have got to have some good recipes, let's hear em!

My favorite is so far is:

1 green apple
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 cup whole milk
Splash vanilla extract
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Comes out to 1480 calories

Anyone have some other recipes? I'm a smoothie newb but this one was bomb

My toilet has been rip for over a year. I am on a gozu schedule I wake up and drop 2-3 epic turds in 30 minutes between 6-7am then don't poop again for 24 hours.

yeah I have an idea, take 8oz chocolate syrup and 5 heaping scoops of most calorie dense ice cream they sell. then add 6 oreo cookies, 5tbsp peanut butter, 4 tbsp olive oil, and 2 scoops whey + 8oz whole milk.

Add maple syrup or honey.
Add flax or chia seeds

If you think you're going to get 7k calories of all clean food, you must be eating 24/7. That's literally lbs and lbs of chicken and rice/vegetables.

Nvm saw where you said doing a ton of cardio.
Gl. Never gonna put on weight til you stop doing that much cardio. Because I doubt you're gonna hit 7k in clean food. :/

rivalus clean gainer, use 4 scoops, soy milk and peanut butter

only say soy milk cause i foolishly assume you care about healthy hormone regulation

anyways, try it, best mass gainer.
