Looking to start a diet, not for losing weight but just changing the types of foods I eat.

The problem I have is that I can't have a lot of Vitamin C because I have a enzyme issue called g6pd.


Makes it hard to find an accurate diet switch.

Ground turkey and chicken seem like a good start but Im not sure what can accompany that.

Any help or direction is appreciated

I eat a lot of chicken/ground turkey rice and salad is my staple meal. Fish on occasion, cooking some trout I caught the other day with rice and salad atm.
