Been lifting basically everyday at college this year. And decided to lean out and cut. I am currently just eating only healthy foods and doing a lot of cardio and core. Day 1: chest/tris day2: Biceps (treated like off day) day3: Legs day4: back/shoulder/some more bi's etc. I incorporate core in all of my days. and cardio as well. I still have a long ways to go. and Obv enhancing the pic to day a little by pulling down....

Started out on November 8th 235lbs. and Today (December 7th) I'm 220lbs.

But thoughts?!

fuck abs right now imo.. bulk up get big and then cut n get shredded as fuck. and hit your shoulders they set off your physique.

well I've been "bulking" for a while. cutting now till shredd. and good call with shoulders. haven't hit them much because had tight shoulders cuz i played baseball. ill incorporate those more for the gains
