So I have Dumbbells and I lift 3-4x a week but I've been having a hard time finding chest exercises I can do without a bench, any help?

here's some advise. Go buy a bench lol

Or make one I guess.

Whilst standing Hold DB
"Swing" (controlled and contracting muscle) across the body. I find twisting wrist helps

This is more a burnout exercise used after flys or something...

I only have two chairs and they're crazy as fuck ones, tried and can't make em work any which way

this does work somewhat

why don't you just do push ups, they are better than anything you can do with dumbbells without a bench

Do push-ups and variations on push-ups, there's a youtube vid with 3x different push-ups :)

I do a lot of push-ups but I'm ISO something with weight. I'm gonna go get a bench soon anyways tho I just got paid I have to find one
