you start doing your reps and youre so concentrated on making mind-muscle connection / form that you forget which rep youre on?

drop the weight where u are

walk out of gym

come back in a week

until ur man enough to count up to 12 or if ur real alpha then 15

only then may u approach the gym

cuz if u doing anything under 12 reps, no reason at all why u forget how to count rofl

lol my thoughts start wondering away.. im sitting there thinking really hard about making muscle connection, then i start thinking about how mad ill be if trump gets elected the 2016 presidency.. then i start thinking about my gf etc and before i know it im like god damnit which rep am i on

go to gym empty

and lift away




i go to gym with excitement and feel great during workout, i dont think about much else besides the workout, except in between sets i may float. its easy to get in the "zone" and just pump it out

i lift to failure every set, and thats generally around 10-12 reps.. if i get more than 13+ i up the weight.
