so I was doin dumbbell bench and went up to 90lbs on them but on like my 4th time down I felt I srs pain in the shoulder, that was like a week ago it doesn't hurt unless I put a lot of weight on it and barbells don't seem to bother it no matter how much it is it's just dumbbells, is this normal or something wrong?

I would cut out dumbbells and do nothing but barbells but I don't have a partner bc all my friends are lazy pos

Lower weights best idéa dont go heavy if pains thère

but more weight more gains... It's not like I'm ego lifting either it's not that heavy just my shoulder hurts just wondering if like I should doctor this or rest it more

Not more gains if you fuck your shoulder lol

If you were doing chest press with dumbells idk how you even fucked your shoulder. You should lower weight to like 60 and get your form before tryna be huge

rest shoulder

dont use it while injured, can only make shit worse

ofc some injuries do require movement or else it does make it worse
