i have been the past month. its not real dirty but occasionally i indulge in not so healthy foods.

Oh yeah, i used to be the same way ( i could tell you kind of dirty bulked because of how our body compositions are kind of similar ). Your body looks like it holds onto fat just like how mine does. What i did was indulge in unhealthy food waaaaaay less frequently and the results are much better

i cut pop and most salt out of my diet already.. trying to cut down on excess water.. im gonna start doing 20 mins of cardio after each workout. any tips on what helped you?

yeah i moved so i had to change gyms.. the first 1 was not a planet fitness lol i know theres a lot of purple in the background..

soda is awful lol :[ but atleast youve got rid of it

honestly what helped me cut junk food out was will power and i was conscious of what food i was putting into my body

e/ plus i go grocery shopping very frequently so i always have healthy shit laying around for when i get nighttime munchies

for sure.. im outa the house a lot so i kinda just stop at gas stations and eat junk food.. im gonna have to start bringing food with me.
