Can any of you suggest me some good books or articles regarding fitness?
Anything that would teach me about heart rate while working out
the breakdown of fat
stuff like that o:
I was told before to keep an eye on my heart rate when working out because if i went too much above it, i'd start burning sugars instead of fat
not sure if that's true or not, and not sure who to believe and who not to
if you know of any educational books or articles i can read, please let me know!
