Some of you might remember the thread I made complaining about my lack of chest growth. I lowered the weight on my DB presses to work on the mind-muscle connection. I'm starting to notice some definitive changes in the growth, but besides that, is another indicator I am targeting chest properly having 'sore collar bones?' My collar bones seem to stick out more too. But yeah they feel kind of sore.

I do work chest twice a week.

Glad to hear it man.

Don't really know about the collar bones. Hopefully one of the brains of hnf can help with that.

Thanks, it feels pretty good. I've been kind of neglecting flat bench and going HAM on incline / different degrees of incline work.

I guess that's a factor of a good chest workout.

I once pulled a pectoral muscle and breathing hurt (expanding chest).

Once you got the mind-muscle connection, some good bench presses with retracted shoulder blades also work wonders for your chest. Been lifting for over a year and only recently realised my form was wrong (shoulders going up when locking out).

No, not really a good thing, is it a medial or lateral soreness? Both collar bones or one? Sounds like inflammation of either the sternoclavicular joint or the acromioclavicular joint

its both of them, like what someone else in here mentioned, is it possible soreness of the collar bones is a factor in properly targeting your chest? Or maybe I'm lacking a nutrient or something
