So me and my friend decided to start working out, I am more towards calisthenics but he doesn't give 2 shits he just wants to have the body of a god.
Anywho, I used to go to a gym and have a private trainer but now I want to make a workout and emphasize more on calisthenics so this is what I came up with:

Close grip pull ups : 80 LBS - 3x10
Standard pull ups : 80 LBS - 3x10
Chest Dips : 80 LBS - 3x10

^^^ These are going to be done on a machine, the higher the weight the easier it is, 80 is just good enough to feel the burn.

Rocking standing calf raise : 45 Lbs - 3x10
(to be decided) Cable dead lift or deadlift with the bar : 45 LBS - 3x10

^^^^ it's pretty pathetic but the bar itself weighs 45 lbs

Hammer curl : 10 Lbs - 3x10
^^^^ I imagine we will be tired as fuck by the time we get here.

Captain Chair : 3x12
barbell lunge : 45 Lbs - 3x10
Kneeling cable crunch : 60 Lbs - 3x10

Now, I'm not too sure how does the cable dead lift work in terms of weight, I would like someone to shed some light on that. So far we're going to workout 1 day and take 1 day off and repeat, should we keep doing this routine every single time for a year and just increase weight (decrease for pull up and dips machine).

Aiight aiight thanks for the feedback, I was expecting this to be shit, a man can always dream.

These are the workouts I got from a personal trainer at a gym http://imgur.com/a/aUQiA it goes as day 1, day 3 and then day 2.

I had to change the first workout routine (which are the 2 first pictures) day 2 was really hard to do because there would be a lot of people at the gym.
