I bought today new coc 3# And cant close it, feels it's almost impossible to me!
About 3-4mm left from total close, any tips how to get it close?

Can close 2.5# 15-17 times. But 3# is damn hard.
I need real tip's how to get it closed!

haevy ass deadlifts and farmers walks and that dowel in the corner thats tied to a plate by a length of rope

maybe continue doing it? vary the routine? do other exercises to help that muscle being targeted get stronger then do the same exercise you are trying to improve? over time?
