i work chest twice a week, wednesday and saturday

on both days my main lift is incline DB press

on wednesdays i do 5x10

on saturdays i do 5x5

is that ok? or should i keep it more consistent?

u can mixitup thats fine. i usually do 2 weeks of a certain training than switch it up but how u do it up to u
