Took me multiple tries to understand your post OP.

Be consistent for years while increasing intensity and volume as time goes on.

question 1: help me getting to 2/3/4 plates for bp/squat/dl respectively as a short term goal. Eventually I want to be hitting 3/4/5.

Once I hit 3/4/5

question 2: anyone have a retirement plan? Like when I'm old and dying , I don't want this to all just turn to fat so what's a plan to slowly start reducing intensity and at the same time promoting health and longevity
