Anyone ever try an extreme workout split with no rest days?

Having a proper 8-10 hours of sleep with 2500-3000 calories at a minimum with proper multi vitamin and probiotic.

Gonna give it a shot, gg

GG!

I train 6 days a week for about 10 hours but I sleep 6-7 hours in the week and 7-8 on the weekend.

I train 8 in 10 days. Plenty of people use high frequency with moderated volume.
