now is a fine brand, i use orange triad though. just 4 a day vs the 6 recommended

It has everything u need, almost all my supplements are from now foods.

You won't notice a difference between this multi abd a high tier one. Except the extra ~$30 u spend per month.

And the extra 10 minutes it takes to swallow a whole fuking animal pale of vitamins
