I'm looking for info regarding types of fat and balancing ratios.

you mean dietary fats?
id assume its fairly difficult to balance the ratio in which u consume such fats

supplements like fish oils and stuff help

but certain nuts have higher healthy fats

dunno anything about scholarly articles and whatnot. but raynor suggests at least 2:1 ratio of unsaturated to saturated fat, and avoid trans fat

you need to eat healthy fats mate unsaturated fattys :) fish oil+rawnuts help yer

I'd aim for 1:1:1 sat, mono, poly - but wouldn't worry too much about it if you aren't eating complete trash
