Right testicle been aching for like a week, been busy with working so haven't scheduled a doc appointment , but I still got a 6mm stone in me from over a month ago which I should be getting blasted within next 2 weeks. Chance this just apart of all the other aching I have due to the stone ?
found a super small bump on it , been there for like a month and hasent changed

Go get a physical exam, the doctor will confirm the lump and possibly get you an ultrasound

Odds are usually against testicular cancer in young men but in young men who get cancer, it is typically the most common. What I'm saying is its probably nothing but if you get checked and it is something, tiny lumps can usually be cured with surgery alone. Waiting is the dangerous game

First and most importantly, don't stress over this.

Last year I found a lump in my testi and I freaked the fuck, like was seriously concerned I was dying.

Went and got X-rays, turns out it was due to an untreated case of Chlamydia a sloot passed to me.

Took the treatment, less than a month later it was back to normal.

I was also told that occasional a build up of sperm can cause a lump (not sure if true).

Either way, get that shit looked at, but don't sweat it, more common than you think.
