my inzer was hurting my ribs a bit more every set, just ignored it and chalked it up to discomfort, after the 5th set cranking the belt to get it off hurt like crazy, now it hurts to breath/sneeze etc >:(

hoping it's just really bruised...

squats, had it on the last notch, it's pretty tight, if there exitsed another notch i wouldn't be able to get it onto that one

wore it like 1cm above hipbone (really short torso though, it covers a lot of rib cage, especially on the side where it now hurts)

i have maybe 1.5 inches from hipbone to siderib

I can still wiggle it around when it's on, if it's looser it slides during my lift, and I can't brace against it

Literally just recovered from a rib that been "popped" out or so I'm told, unfathomable pain for about a week, hurt to breathe, hurt to laugh, hurt to turn, hurt to lay down, literally couldnt do anything, to the point my core got super sore from stabilizing due to a hunch, mornings I couldn't even stand up out of bed without almost dropping to my knees, went to a chiropractor and got an adjustment, minorly painful, also felt kinda good, but within 2 days after the pain was almost completely gone, and now I barely feel anything in the area the pain originated from.. Never really believed in chiropractors before but I was out of choices.

eww ouch, I've had collapsed lungs before, the pain is compareable. This isn't too bad, if it's feeling better by friday I might just do my lifts beltless.
