Am I the only one who hates this stupid fkn YouTube channel. Mike Chang started off being a legit source of information before he got YouTube famous and now he's just a commercial advertising business.

I watched him a few times when I started lifting, his earlier videos were A LOT better than recent ones (I stopped watching years ago).
