Alrighty. I been doing a thing where while I play Dota, I do 10 pushups and situps for every death I have

That is around 30-50 each per game (45-60 minutes)

Is this frying me? I play on average like 3 games a night during the week and my days off upwards of 5.

I thought it might help me keep my gains even while being a nerd.

I also go to the gym 6 days a week ( mon wed fri are my lifting days, abs 4 times a week, running every day but sunday)

And while we are on it, any good workout plans ? I enjoy high reps, hypertrophy makes me feel good the day after.

I do 10 push-ups everytime I read something mildly entertaining on the internet. Keeps me sharp :D

What's your split over mon, wed, fri? I'd just wouldn't do push-ups within 72 hours after chest workout to let the muscle recover like it should, unless you're cranking them out easily. Find alternative exercises that can replace them or do some stretches or foamrolling if you believe in that :)

if u go to gym 6 days a week and weight train there, and do chest at least 1 to 2 times a week

no need to do pushups randomly at home

i can do sets of 20 before i feel like ded, i do chest back mon bis tris wed legs fri. I probably should do the whole period between chest workouts and pushups i guess tho.

no need, but do they hurt/help me? or are they just neutral on that spectrum?

depends, if u just did a chest or heavy shoulder workout within like 24 hours or so. id say its not good, or neutral. if you used weights to stress muscles, then do exercises soon after even bodyweight, while its trying to heal, seems bad. ur body tryin to repair and u just doing more damage. let it heal.

u wanna do something like this, then get a jump rope do it for like 5 min at a time or something. even then sorta pointless lol
