How do I program them in? Is it same weight, or an increase in weight? Currently programming for deads looks like this

Mon 300 dead 2x5
Fri 330 dead 1x5
Mon 300 dead 2x5
Fri 335 dead 1x5
Mon 300 dead 2x5
Fri 340 dead 1x5
Mon 310 dead 2x5
Fri 345 dead 1x5
Etc

Would it look like
Mon 300 dead 10x1 (or 8x1 which is recommended)
Fri 330 dead 5x1 (or 3x1 which is recommended)

Or do the weights move up? Eg

Mon ~350 dead 10/8x1
Fri 385 dead 5/3x1

Question open to anyone else who has experience, I watched the vid and couldn't figure out if weight (tonnage) is supposed to remain, or increase because I'm now doing singles instead of 5 reps and fatigue probably won't accumulate as fast

Which PNP were you using? I'd wait maybe an other month or 2 before switching...but yeah I'd rather do 10x1 than 2x5 and I think it's also more benificial.
