I would maybe try and break that up into 2 shakes if possible, one immediately after a workout, and then perhaps an hour or two afterwards for the other half. But I also don't know what your meal schedule looks like, just seems like a large amount to take in immediately.

Besides that shake, im honestly not sure how many calories i consume. Probably around 1 - 1.5k. I know i need to eat more.
