1 cup of whole oats
1 banana
2 cups low fat milk
2 tbsp chunky natty peanut butter

= 1065 calories

= 61.3 grams of protein

= 33.9 grams of fat

= 146 grams of carbs

I would maybe try and break that up into 2 shakes if possible, one immediately after a workout, and then perhaps an hour or two afterwards for the other half. But I also don't know what your meal schedule looks like, just seems like a large amount to take in immediately.

Or a good idea would be half of it before workout and half after?

Besides that shake, im honestly not sure how many calories i consume. Probably around 1 - 1.5k. I know i need to eat more.

Bruh. If that's the shake you need, you should be consuming 3-5k calories a day.

1 protien shake after your workout aint gonna do shit for you

Yeah my buddy went from like 150 to 220, he would eat like 10 cheeseburgers a day haha
He looked like shit thought because he was consuming to much fat
