My diet is the same everyday
Breakfest
2 eggs
2 pieces of toast (whole wheat bread)
Multi vitamin
Glass of water/fruit smoothie
Lunch
Yogurt
Protein shake
Supper
1 serving of Brown rice or a sweet potatoe
Chicken breast
I go workout than have another protein shake
I'm 6'0 and 163 pounds eight now (lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks, starting back in september)
I'm wondering how my diet is
also when I go to the gym I have almost no chest muscles so the workouts my friend recommended I'm struggling with, so any advice on workouts good to start off with?
Lastly, what do you guys think of c4 pre workout?

What's your guy's diet like?
It's not what we eat it's how much. You need to learn the basic roles of macro nutrients and how to calculate calories based upon your goals.

Big tip is to probably avoid any advice given to you by friends, family or anyone at the gym. It'll most likely be bro science and only be counter productive. I'll link you some helpful videos and channels from YouTube that will benefit you greatly.
