i'm new to lifting and stuff so im a skinny cracker with not a lot of knowledge. anyway, i'm looking into my diet stuff now and i'm confused about what my macronutrient ratio should look like
one of my friends said 60% of calories from carbs, 20 from protein, 20 from healthy fats. is this actually legit? because i'm looking online and one site says 40/30/30 others say different shit. i'm not sure who to believe haha
