the routine I'm on just isn't sustainable, I was planning on using it till the end, but my bench just doesn't keep up with my other lifts.

take out press for more bench, take out cleans for more deadlifts, then what's the weight gain protocol? 5lbs/week for squat/dead and 2.5lbs/week for bench? and what weight to start at? max effort?
