but only glute/hammy exercises i can think of would be straight leg deadlifts and glute kickbacks, google those if theyre managable.
Got told that "straight leg deadlifts" are too hard for him. Too much pain on his hip.
I considered putting him on a stationary cycle. Thanks for the suggestions.
