Who here does exercises targeting the various aspects/functions of the trunk?
Be it anti rotation exercises, or movements specifically for the anterior
I just found a great oblique blaster in standing kettlebell (can use heavy dumbbells) lateral flexion. The arm-by-side version. Really simple, great results.
I've also started doing anti-rotation work and am feeling much stronger through the core from it. Also seems like my serratus has developed well from incorporating it.

No need to train ass when you aquat / deadlift.
