idk what it is, maybe my diet idk but heres my situation
i'm a league bowler
lately, i've been getting really sore after bowling, especially high up in my inner thigh. i've been bowling forever, and this never used to happen to me. the only things i can think that have changed are that i've been going a couple more times per week, and i haven't been eating very many vegetables, but idk if either of these should cause this lasting problem. i usually try to stretch out, but i'm still getting these sharp pains, maybe i'm not stretching out the right muscles, idk.
anyway my average is suffering in game 2 and 3 lmk if u got any advice
