Been doing ohp for a month now, and already seeing more results than 3-4 months of benching.

Incorporates some upper chest but you really should be primarily pressing with the shoulders lol

If I do it fully from my upper body I feel it alot in my chest, if I do like a power clean -> OHP using my legs to drive it up then I dont feel it as much obviously.
