but my total test is around 565... range is 250 to 1100

seems good yeah, within range, but still mid to low end?

seems sketchy?

for a mid 20s male

seems low for total test?

isnt the range of total test taken from males of all ages? like how they established those ranges?

so i should be at the peak of my levels. if test declines as you age, then ill prob be below range earlier than most if they start at higher levels?

or it doesnt work like that? depends on genetics other factors?

curious about it

The range is probably determined by the mean of a large set of healthy males, plus or minus 1 to 2 SDeviations from that mean. Most likely 2 standard deviations as thay encompasses 95 percent of the population

hmmm so yeah since its a large percentage and age ranges of males, this prob includes older men who have lower Test

im sorta on lower end for total?

You're on the lower end of average but the mean of that range is 675. You're 110 units below. If you look at the mean and find the standard deviation, it is 212.5 units. That is to say 68 percent of a population will be within 212.5 units of 675 either direction. You're well within 1 standard deviation of mean test so I wouldn't worry. Old men and test deficient men will start to hit those second or third standard deviation ranges. You're within the first. Also it should be pointed out that fluctuations within a normal physiological range won't change much other than maybe your libido. This is like that question of the impact test fluctuations due to exercise have on muscle growth. Doesn't really change much until you go out of that range
