you are injured for a couple months and want so much to go back to the gym but you got told to don't do any freeweights exercices, only machines (no bench press, deadlift, squats, any barbell at all) so, after all this, you still want to go but at the same time you feel like you wouldn't be doing a good workout like before the injury what do you think about it does it worth it to go back to the gym or should I wait until I can do freeweights?
