what does everyone use? how do you go about measuring what you're putting in your body?

Usually the fast food's website contains the nutrition information.

You can also use:

calorieking.com
fastfoodnutrition.org

to get a rough idea of what calories you are putting inside your body.

You could always just eat dirt. No need to cook. No need to clean.

maybe it is different for usa/canada and different states

also if you're eating fast food, i wouldn't worry about an extra 50 calories... just use the higher number for calories.

would be interesting to see if a healthy lifestyle is possible through this.

on the other hand, how hard is it to cook meals the night before or something?
