I workout 6 days a week AT NIGHT TIME (6pm ish/1800 ish)
Now, I have been taking regular whey protein 2 scoops after working out (label says 40g from 2 , i read somewheres you can only digest like 35-40 or something per hour)
I was wondering if I should time my dinner BEFORE the workout, drink 2 scoops whey after, then before I go to bed (11pm-12am/2300-2400) drink 1 scoop of casein
If I am totally off with that, let me know and tell me what you personally do with night time eating habits.
I am currently 6'2 270lb (hit plateau, changing diet soon) if that matters at all.
