So everyone has been here and i know you must find your own happiness.
I'm in a pretty bad slump in my life, Just feeling down for no reason when i should be happy.

So i have been calming myself down when i go for my walks/jogs down the bike path where i live.

So i have recently been thinking about lifting etc.
(Don't get me wrong i'm in not in perfect shape so i'm trying to trim a little weight
While getting some definition on my body.
Been getting lazy at working out, Last time i hit the gym was 3 months ago.

I'm currently @ 19% Body fat.

6ft
weight: 180

Goals:

Cut / Trim weight
Try to get 155-165 in weight while getting definition
(I barley work out besides these walks eat healthy etc, Takeout maybe 1-2 a month)
Just trying to bulk out and make my self better and feel better.

Please post some intense core exercises and leg work outs - Would be awesome to see other peoples opinion on this.

Feel free to post here, If you have gone through something similar and tried working at your physical form to make yourself happy.
Just describe how long into this you started feeling better etc, I have been dealing with this depression for about a month.

exercise/lifting should help with overall mood

just google a routine and find something that you feel you can consistently stick with like https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/phul-workout

premade routines created by trainers/professional lifters are usually more balanced and effective than a random routine put together by someone without the knowledge

I genuinely get so mad at people like you. I'm over here shitting blood 5+ times a day and don't even feel human. I'm missing half of my classes and my grades are suffering. And my workout goals are put on hold because of my health issues. I'm not sitting here being a little bitch about it though.

If you want to be mediocre, that's totally fine. Just stop pretending like you want more out of life.

If you actually want to accomplish goals and get shit done in life, then do it.

I'm sorry if I'm coming off as a dick, but there are people out there who have it way worse than you and are accomplishing whatever they want, because they aren't just sitting back waiting for things to be handed to them. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and get shredded.

Everybody has battles in life, You getting mad and comparing your life and bitching at others won't help you.
I'm looking for advice, People with depression/anxiety and fitness advice.
I never came here asking people to feel bad for me just posting what i'm going through.
I wouldn't get mad at you if you said this and asked for advice, I don't know why you are basically attacking me.
Thank you for the inspiring words though sir

And I am telling you, someone who has massive amounts of depression and anxiety from my health problems, that you need to stop being a bitch. You are your greatest enemy. I'm not attacking you. I'm trying to help you.

You either want to succeed or you don't. It doesn't matter what is thrown in your way in life. I have my shit and you have yours. My post wasn't to attack you, but to motivate you.

I see people complain and accept mediocrity over the dumbest shit. I have had to restart my training so many times because of what I go through, but I want to achieve my goals so bad that I won't quit. That is basically what I am trying to get at.

At the end of the day, it is only going to be you who can get over/through whatever it is and achieve your goals.

I probably shouldn't have swore as much as I did and came out so strong, but I myself deal way better with people telling me straight up how it is than just trying to be nice and beat around the bush.

One day at a time. Force yourself to work on what you need to work on and you will surprise yourself at what you can do.

We're all going to make it brah
