I just googled some rehab/strengthening exercises that I am gonna rock out.
In the past I have whipped my rotator cuff back into shape after some serious pain (bad form on heavy incline bench, since corrected) and same with sprained ankle (fat guy jumped off a balcony in terror.)
But my concern is:
Do I have to stop lifting heavy for a month or so?
I don't wanna stop. But I don't wanna fuck up my elbow anymore.

Couldnt get past this part, seems like your problems are self inflicted.

We need more specifics. Would you mind highlighting the area that is causing you pain via paint & a google pic? Also, is it a dull aching pain or a sharp shooting pain? Is the pain aggravated by a certain movement? Is there a movement that feels good?

Let me know these questions and we might be able to narrow down your issue. I'm thinking that either A. You are doing too much pressing volume or B. You are performing a certain exercise wrong that is causing the pain to translate over to other lifts.

around the outside here. I noticed my OHP was kinda uncomfortable, indeed pressing movements seem to aggravate the left elbow.

I started doing all the elbow exercises here, they feel really good especially static biceps ( 1st one, 90 degree palm up and press down to flex biceps)

seems like tennis elbow tbh

if thats the case, avoid elbow extension exercises when possible (like skip tricep isolation, etc)
