I've been eating like shit my whole life and it's simply time for a change

I'm a skinny guy looking to build at least a weeks worth of a meal plan that I could rinse and repeat with successful gains

well yes but am I going to eat chicken rice and green veggies for breakfast, lunch, dinner, pre workout and post workout 7 times a week?
