worth taking 5-10g a day? or nah. saw a bpi sports bcaa buy 1 get one 50% off on bb.com for fairly cheap...never took them...opinions? do any of u take them?

ok cool thanks. what supplements would u recommend? I was never big into supplements other than protein powder really. anything else? figured id maybe give something a try just to try it haha
