Download Myfitnesspal on your phone. Track everything you eat.

In order to not overwhelm you since you are a beginner, just aim for 150 grams of protein minimum and 2500 calories a day. Weigh yourself in the morning after you go to the bathroom and if your weight doesn't go up in 2 weeks up your calories an additional 300-500.

Again, since you are a beginner, it isn't going to make much of a difference what routine you follow. You just need to be CONSISTENT and push yourself. Some workouts you can google: 5x5 Strength training, German Volume Training, PHUL, PPL. You might want to try 5x5 because it is easy to follow for newbies and be consistent with.

Once you are able to actually stick to it and be consistent, then I would look to focus more on your diet and routine. No point in trying to be perfect when most people quit after a few weeks anyways. Prove that you can be dedicated, than worry more about the little details. Feel free to pm me if you want any clarification or further help. gl makin gains

Very good advice, although if hardgainer I'd reccomend starting with s bit more than 2500 cals

5x5, starting strength both good beginner workout plans I wouldn't do German volume training as a beginner fresh to the gym though

streoids...your appetite will increase enough to eat those many calories on your own, and protein synthesis is increased and amino acid intake into your muscles will increase a lot. You won't put on fat, you'll gain water weight and muscle depending on what cycle you run.
Trust me, i'm a doctor.
