Been trying to find other places to learn since hnf is pretty empty lately. Went over to bodybuilding forums and all they talk about is chicken and rice...

Chicken and rice...

I think it's the most boring meal in the world.

No point in eating it blank like that unless you want to compete for a bodybuilding show and reduce fat percentage below 8%.

Skinny 140lbs guys in the gym talking about chicken and rice make me chuckle and turn up volume of my headphones.

Still not as bad as the "sweet potato" fad though.
