Do squats if you can, legpress is a decent alternative.
You're saying one leg press is different from other leg presses?
I mean yea that's basic physics, but in general they are the same.
None of that should matter though, as long as you're getting a good workout, right?
I know everyone says do squats but whats so great about it?
Is it really better than doing my leg routine than doing my back routine?
Im not convinced that squats are amazing and live up to their hype.
I made this thread hoping someone could tell me something i dont know about them.
